Your data and privacy

Export your information or close your account when you need to.

Your business data is yours. You can download a copy anytime, and you can permanently delete your account. Deletion removes your calls, bookings, contacts, and recordings and releases your phone number, so it cannot be undone.

    Export your data

    In account settings, choose the option to download your data to keep a copy of your records.

    Review before deleting

    Deleting your account removes your data and releases your phone number. Export first if you want to keep anything.

    Delete your account

    Confirm account deletion in settings. This is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Notes

  • Your phone number is returned to the carrier on deletion and may not be recoverable.
  • If you are closing your account because something is not working, email [email protected] first. We would like the chance to help.
