Add services and prices

Teach Catchdesk what you offer and which prices it may say out loud.

    Open Services

    Go to Settings, AI Agent, Knowledge, then Services.

    Add each core service

    Create one service at a time with a clear name, description, duration, and any price you want callers to hear.

    Mark active services

    Only active services should be offered by the AI receptionist.

    Save and test a price question

    Ask Catchdesk what a service costs. It should only quote prices you entered.

Notes

  • If pricing depends on scope, write that the team reviews the request instead of adding a fake fixed price.
  • Services are the source of truth for what Catchdesk says your business offers.
