How Catchdesk handles calls

A quick tour of what happens when a customer calls your number.

When someone calls, Catchdesk answers right away with your greeting, asks the questions your trade needs, and either books the job, takes a message, or reaches you when it matters. Afterward you get a transcript and a short summary, plus a recording if you have recording turned on, so nothing slips.

Notes

  • What Catchdesk says comes from your Identity, Services, and Knowledge settings.
  • If a call was handled in a way you did not like, your edits to Knowledge shape the next one.
