Set your caller ID name

Show your business name when you call customers back.

When you call a customer, your business name can appear on their phone instead of an unknown number, which gets more callbacks answered. The name is short, up to 15 characters, and carriers take a day or two to show it, so it is not instant.

    Open Call behavior

    Go to Settings, AI Agent, Call handling, then Call behavior.

    Enter your display name

    Add the name you want shown, up to 15 characters. Keep it recognizable, such as a short version of your business name.

    Save and wait for carriers

    Save the name. It can take one to two days for phone carriers to start showing it.

Notes

  • The 15-character limit is set by the carriers, so long business names need a short form.
  • Not every phone or carrier shows a caller name, so coverage is not guaranteed everywhere.
