Block unwanted callers

Stop spam and nuisance numbers from reaching your AI receptionist.

    Open Who gets through

    Go to Settings, AI Agent, Call handling, then the blocked numbers list.

    Add a number to block

    Enter the number you want to stop. Blocked numbers no longer reach Catchdesk.

    Remove a block anytime

    If you blocked someone by mistake, delete them from the list to let their calls through again.

Notes

  • Catchdesk can also turn away repeat numbers that show clear spam behavior so you do not have to chase them.
  • A blocked caller does not leave a message in your inbox.
