Track and control automations

See every follow-up in progress and stop one whenever you want.

The Today tab is the live view of your automations. It shows each customer in a follow-up, which message is next, and anything that needs you, so automations never feel like a black box.

    Open Today

    In the web dashboard, open Automations. It opens on the Today tab.

    Read the statuses

    Each follow-up shows as waiting, paused, needs help, stopped, or completed, with the next send time.

  3. 3

    Stop one if you need to

    Open a follow-up and stop it for that customer, for example once you have spoken to them directly.

Notes

  • Pausing the AI for a contact also holds their automations. See the contacts guide for that.
  • A follow-up marked needs help is waiting on something from you, so it is worth a look.
