Choose your industry

Pick your trade so Catchdesk starts with the right setup defaults.

Industry is the first setup choice in the public start flow. It gives Catchdesk a trade-specific starting point for setup, including service suggestions and the caller questions used by that industry pack. You can still edit your services, knowledge, hours, and call handling afterward.

    Start setup

    From the marketing site, choose your industry first. If you are already signed in, Catchdesk shows a dedicated Pick your trade step during onboarding.

    Select the closest match

    Choose the trade that best matches the work you sell. If the exact label is not listed, use the closest one and customize the details later.

  3. 3

    Confirm the generated setup

    Continue through business setup, then review Services and Knowledge so the saved details match your actual business.

  • The industry choice is a starting point, not a locked script.
  • Changing services, prices, FAQs, hours, and call handling after onboarding is how you make the setup specific to your business.
